GET FIT CHALLENGE

The next Get Fit Challenge starts Saturday. April 1st, 2017!

Are you ready to shed those winter pounds, take control of your diet and make real lifestyle changes? If you're ready to run faster, get stronger and tone up, the Get Fit Challenge is for you!

What you get:

  • Baseline fitness testing including “before” pictures and physical assessments.
  • Assistance in making “SMART” goals based on your initial fitness testing results.
  • End of challenge “post” fitness testing to compare your results and see your improvements.
  • Coaching and accountability to move your nutrition in the best direction possible for you!
  • Encouragement and guidance e-mails on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.
  • Inclusion in a secret Facebook group where you will receive motivation from certified personal trainers and other challenge members.
  • Planning tools (calendars, checklists, meal planners, etc.) to help you reach your goals.
  • Eating and exercise guidelines to help you reach your goals.
  • Access to online workouts (which will be prescribed to you on specific days).
  • Access to our Google Drive files related to this challenge.
  • The Get Fit Challenge does not include classes at FIT4MOM Long Beach unless the package you purchase specifies otherwise or you are a current client with a Membership.

How it Works...

This eight week challenge is broken down so you can make REAL changes in your habits and nutrition choices:

  • Begin: Learn and apply the basics of "Clean Eating." You'll get new guidelines to eat by every few days. Progressively clean up your diet these two weeks. You'll also create baseline habits for working out these two weeks.
  • Challenge yourself: For two weeks, you'll challenge your discipline and make sure those new eating habits are cemented in. You'll also receive daily auditing of your food logs, videos to add to your workout routine, increasing your activity level.
  • Getting really serious: You'll continue to receive accountability checks on your food logs a few days per week. You'll also continue to get special home workouts in addition to your in class workouts.
  • Home stretch: These two weeks will be tough but it's where the "magic" happens!
