Fit4Baby is a class designed just for pregnant moms! Exercises are modified for each stage of pregnancy and each individual's needs. Trainers certified in pre- and post-natal fitness lead these twice weekly classes.


Get moving again! Walk, run, and tone your body with fun exercises. No babysitter needed- both you and your young children will enjoy these fun, hour long classes, conveniently offered six days a week. All classes are taught by Stroller Strides Certified instructors.


Stretch yourself. Develop a long, lean physique through Stroller Barre's distinctive combination of walking, running, Pilates, barre- and yoga-inspired exercises. Children welcome!


Your first class is always free and you can try a class anytime but on a few select days, we preview ALL OUR CLASSES to groups of new clients.

  • Combining cardio, strength, core, and meditation, Body Boost™ is the perfect workout for mom’s mental and physical health. Body Boost™ is a 60-minute results-based, high-intensity interval training (HIIT) class designed to challenge, empower, and energize, leaving Mom feeling refreshed and recharged for motherhood and all that comes with it.


It’s time for some fun, share good energy and let loose. Join me Turn Up 4 Week Session!

The Turn Up isn't JUST a workout. The workouts are a sweat sesh, they're therapy, an escape, and empowerment at its finest. The goal is to embrace the sexy, bold badass that you are, get out of your comfort zone, push your intensity, shake your booty, and transform not only your body, but your life!

We simply use fitness to move us forward and dance to set us free. These workouts are intense, fun, and life-changing, incorporating HIIT (high intensity interval training), and dance! You will be challenged, but you will embrace it, and as you step outside of your comfort zone with the turn up... you will step into your girl power like never before!

NO EXPERIENCE NEEDED! Just come with a open mind and an open heart and loose hips definitely loose hips.

Session will be 4 weeks. Cost for session is $59. Drop in is $17


Join us after school for a Mama HIIT Workout!

Bring your kiddos to class and let them play next to you either on a blanket or chair. Strollers are welcomed as well. Don't forget snacks, drawing items, toys, electronics, etc. for your kids.

3. Train solo or with a small group of 2-4 people. YOU are in control!

Yoga Stretch Workouts will be an 1 hour mama only classes (no childcare will be currently offered).

Join us for a Mama-Only Yoga session. Please bring your own yoga mat.


Get excited for a fun all-kids workout! All ages are welcomed!

Please have a water bottle for your child. Parents must stay close to child and will need to assist their child if needed throughout the run.


Whether you're preparing for an upcoming race or simply enjoy running with other like-minded mamas, Run Club is for you. A program for all levels, Run Club allows you to run, improve your health and fitness, and connect with other moms through two styles of class: Run Clinics which are designed to correct running form and increase speed and agility, and Run Days designed to increase endurance. No running experience required!

Join us on June 26th for our Summer 5k Run at Marina Vista. Start times will begin at 7:00 a.m.

FIT4MOM will be donating a portion of the proceeds to Casa de los Angelitos. Casa is a not-for-profit maternity home that has been helping pregnant women in crisis situations since 1986. Casa provides a safe, secure, compassionate environment for the women and their infants, the only home of its kind in the South Bay area of Los Angeles, California.. This race is open to all mamas; you do not have to be a current FIT4MOM client to race. Kids and family members are welcome to run alongside you for moral support or make it a fun walk with the kids. Whether you stroll or stride, we’ll be cheering you on from the sidelines.
