When can I place my membership on hold?

Holds can start any day of your billing cycle. Our system auto-prorates your membership upon release of your hold. There are no refunds on dues once payment has been paid. To avoid payment, all requests need to be received in writing 5 business days before the next payment is due. Please email shannonshondeff@fit4mom.com and complete HOLD/CANCEL FORM. Our system does not send written notice of hold coming to an end, it is the responsibility of the client to know their end date.
