Prenatal Fitness Classes


Your little one hasn't even arrived yet but already your life has changed in big ways.

You know having a healthy pregnancy includes exercising but going to classes at the gym while your pregnant can leave you wondering, "should I really be doing this exercise while I'm pregnant? Is there a more comfortable way to do this? Am I the only one here that's pregnant?"

Mama, we're here for you!

At Fit4Baby, you can workout with other expecting moms in a supportive environment. Exercise modifications are already built into the workouts because, well, everyone is already pregnant! Our certified instructors will listen to your concerns and make changes as necessary. We'll push you when you can be pushed and modify things for you when you want to slow it down.

Classes are held every Tuesday evening and Saturday mornings. We can't wait to meet you!

Fit4Baby® Prenatal Workout

  • Tuesdays at 6:30 p.m. at El Dorado Park
  • Saturdays at 8:00 a.m. at Marina Vista Park (park in the lot by the tennis courts)
  • Classes are taught by certified fitness instructors trained in pre and post-natal fitness.
  • Modifications are given for each stage of pregnancy.
  • Fit4Baby classes provide an environment where you can get the best workout for YOU during YOUR pregnancy.
  • Please obtain a doctor's clearance to exercise before enrolling.
