How do I place my membership on hold or cancel it?

Email shannonshondeff@fit4mom.com and fill out our HOLD/CANCEL FORM to change the status of your membership. All requests need to be received in writing 5 business days before the next payment is due. Memberships will be placed on hold for the maximum of 3 months. You may not cancel your membership while on hold.

If you choose to cancel your membership while on hold, your membership will be reinstated for 30 days per cancellation policy. During this time you will have one more prorated payment until your membership is canceled.
