Amy was born and raised in SoCal and moved to the city of Long Beach in 2012. She has two kiddos- Everett (born in 2012) and Caroline (born in 2014). Amy has lost 60+ pounds since joining the FIT4MOM family and has made great friends while doing so! You can find her at El Dorado Park Tues/Thurs mornings at 9:30am instructing Body Back.
