Samantha is mother to Caden (August 2013), Aubrey (May 2016) and Savannah (August 2018). She took he first class when Caden was 6 weeks old. Fit4mom Long Beach became a place where she found sound so much more than just a great workout, it is has been a supportive community for the journey of Motherhood.
