Veronica lives in Lakewood with her husband (Harrison) and 3 kids Asher (August 2017) & Ezekiel (February 2019) and Selah (July 2021)! She graduated from Cal State Long Beach in Communication Studies and always had a passion for people and fitness! Very shortly after having Asher, she started attending FIT4MOM Long Beach and felt at home. Having a supportive community along with getting outside and working out, makes a positive impact on her week! Overall, she has a passion for living a healthy lifestyle. Veronica is certified in Stroller Strides and Fit4Baby. She also is a labor and support doula, helping mothers in OC & LA surrounding areas.
